A Miami contractor that self-performs its own concrete is hiring a Concrete Superintendent to run crews in the field. The work: forming, rebar, embeds and pours, day to day. You set the schedule, line up the crews and the concrete, walk inspections, and keep the job safe and moving. Most of the crew speaks Spanish, so you need to run the site in Spanish and English. We want someone who came up through the trade: carpenter, form setter, finisher, rebar or foreman who now runs the job.
