THE ROLE

You run the site, the trades and the schedule, and you are the one the owner walks with.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ground up multifamily, podium and wood frame, or mixed use over retail
• Trade coordination and look ahead scheduling that holds through framing
• Quality and safety on a site with many trades stacked close
• Owner and architect walks, and the punch that follows
• Unit turnover sequencing through certificate of occupancy
• Weather, logistics and deliveries on a tight urban footprint

QUALIFICATIONS

• Eight or more years running multifamily or mixed use sites
• Wood frame over a structural podium
• Unit turnover and phased occupancy experience
• A schedule you built and held with your project manager

COMPENSATION

Base of $130,000 to $165,000.
