Your role as the Assistant Project Manager is to learn the business by running the parts of it that make projects actually work.

You will support Project Managers and Superintendents on active commercial projects - and be given real responsibility, not just filing.

We are seeking an APM or Project Engineer who is organized, curious, and wants a career in construction, not just a job.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing submittals, RFIs, and document control that keeps the project moving.
• Supporting buyout, change orders, and monthly billing.
• Walking the site regularly - the paperwork should match the building.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Learning scheduling, forecasting, and client management from people who do it well.

The ideal candidate has 1-4 years in construction (co-ops and internships count) and the ambition to be running their own projects within a few years.

Salary range is $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, plus bonus.
