Demand Generation/Growth Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our innovative team at CrowdComfort. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing demand-generation programs that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. This role requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns.
Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive demand-generation strategies that align with business goals.
- Create and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
- Develop and manage lead generation programs, including content marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, and other tactics.
- Utilize Hubspot and SalesForce to nurture leads through the sales funnel and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and targeted content for various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Ensure content aligns with audience needs and supports demand generation goals.
- Oversee digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, social media, and SEO, to drive inbound traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor and optimize digital campaigns for maximum impact and return on investment.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation efforts.
Sales and Marketing Alignment:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and align demand generation efforts with sales objectives.
- Provide support for sales enablement through the development of relevant sales collateral and resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand generation for B2B SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of Hubspot and SalesForce.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with workplace technology, facility management, or related industries is a plus.
