My client is building an AI-native system that replaces entire categories of manual, back-office work. Their platform handles complex, business critical workflows, eliminating bottlenecks and turning slow, error prone processes into real time, automated systems.

Their product is not a marginal improvement. It’s a rewrite. They are early stage, well capitalized and moving fast. 

This role is a high ownership, high impact opportunity for an experienced engineer who wants to build and operate systems that matter. You’ll work directly with technical leadership to define architecture, ship critical features, and scale systems from the ground up. 



The ideal candidate:

• 10+ years of experience building and shipping production systems that actually get used
• Strong system design instincts, especially in distributed or high-scale environments
• Experience working with NestJS and Typescript 
• Familiar with other modern back end languages such as Python
• Deep understanding of fundamentals (systems, data, performance)
• Comfortable operating with minimal structure and high expectations
• You take ownership, move fast, and do not wait to be told what to do
