ERP Systems Developer & Administrator (Java) – Financial Systems Experience Required

You must have experience with financial ERP systems (e.g., Oracle GL, Clearwater, SAP, Workday Financials) to be considered.

Summary:

We are seeking an ERP Systems Developer & Administrator with strong Java development skills and deep expertise in financial ERP systems. This role focuses on developing, customizing, and integrating ERP solutions to optimize business processes and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain financial ERP systems (Oracle GL, Workday, SAP, Clearwater) using Java.
• Integrate ERP solutions with business applications using API-led connectivity.
• Administer, configure, and manage ERP environments for optimal performance.
• Lead ERP upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Analyze business requirements and implement scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERP functionality.
• Provide documentation, training, and support for ERP enhancements.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve ERP performance.

Qualifications:

✅ 8+ years in ERP & Development roles

✅ Strong Java development experience within ERP environments

✅ Expertise in financial ERP systems (Oracle GL, SAP, Workday Financials, Clearwater)

✅ Experience with cloud-based ERP implementations

✅ Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON

✅ Strong system architecture and design skills in ERP
