We are seeking a Senior or Staff Frontend Engineer who can elevate the user experience of a complex, product-driven platform. This role is ideal for someone who can take an idea from concept to prototype to validation to production without losing momentum along the way.

What You’ll Own

• Translating customer pain points into intuitive, scalable frontend solutions
• Partnering closely with Product and Design to craft highly usable interfaces
• Writing performant, maintainable, well-tested frontend code in TypeScript and React
• Developing a rich, collaborative document-editing experience with real-time, multi-user functionality
• Contributing meaningfully to architectural and software design decisions
• Managing both conceptual and technical complexity while consistently shipping value

What You Bring

• Experience working at an early-stage, product-focused company (ideally sub-50 employees at the time you joined)
• 10+ years of professional experience building frontend applications in production environments
• Deep expertise in React and modern web components
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
