Our client is a VC-funded SaaS startup located in San Francisco, CA building AI-powered data analytics and documentation soluitions for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. They are currently looking for a Senior AI Software Engineering Manager / Team Lead to work on-site in their office 3 days / week.

Qualified candidates will have experience working as an AI Engineering Team Lead / Manager w/ 7-10+ years of experience working with Python (Django) to build data structures and implement LLM components and automation / testing / training leveraging LLM-in -the loop (LLM-ITL) or Human-in-the-loop (HITL).  Hands on ~75%, management of a team of 3 ~25%. 

Responsibilities include building AI architecture, roadmapping / planning, etc.  Industry experience in B2B SaaS, workplace tools or document management is desired.  BSCS or equivalent.  Must have startup experience.  Experience working in a highly regulated domain involving data privacy and security is preferred.
