Our client is an AI-powered Healthtech software startup in New York City, NY building infrastructure solutions to automate administrative tasks for the healthcare industry, reducing processing time, errors and ultimately resulting in cost savings and improved patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum 3+ years of hands-on professional experience building data pipelines, data warehouses and analytics infrastructure in production environments. Applicants must have hands-on experience with the following technologies: SQL, Python (or R), at least one modern data warehouse (Databricks, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) and RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL). BSCS or equivalent is required and top-tier universities are preferred. Candidates should have startup experience and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Data Engineer will build data pipelines, ETL/ELT with modern orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT, Dagster), and any experience in Healthtech and/or HL7 or regulated data environments are a plus.
