About the Role
The company is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team responsible for building core platform capabilities. This role involves a combination of people leadership, execution, and technical decision-making, working closely with Product and Design to deliver impactful software in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop a team of software engineers through coaching, feedback, and career growth
Own delivery planning and execution, ensuring predictable and high-quality outcomes
Partner with Product and Design to define scope, timelines, and technical approach
Guide architectural and technical decisions while maintaining a high standard of engineering quality
Improve engineering processes, tooling, and team effectiveness over time
Support hiring and onboarding as the team continues to grow

Experience
Seven to ten or more years of software engineering experience
At least three years managing engineers in a product-focused environment
Experience working closely with Product and Design partners
Background in modern backend, frontend, or full-stack systems
Experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred
