Our client is seeking a senior-level designer to contribute to the evolution of multiple software products. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments and works cross-functionally with product and engineering partners to deliver clear, secure, and information-rich solutions.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end design efforts, translating complex and ambiguous requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Define information architecture and interaction patterns that support complex workflows across multiple products and users.
• Design scalable, secure, and accessible solutions that operate effectively within regulated and high-trust environments.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to shape problems, validate feasibility, and refine edge cases.
• Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, ensuring consistency, quality, and strong alignment between design and implementation.

Required Skills: 

• 8+ years of experience in product design, ideally across complex B2B platforms and multi-sided products
• Strong skills in information architecture, systems thinking, and interaction design
• Experience designing workflows, administrative interfaces, complex permission models, and data visualizations
• Proficiency with Figma, design systems, prototyping, and component-driven design
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, usable experiences
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills and comfort working in iterative environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy industries
• User research experience, including interviews and usability testing
• Familiarity with component-based front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue)
