Title: Wholesale Cannabis Sales Manager- Germany
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (option to be in office/hybrid or work remotely from within Germany).
Part-Time, Consultant Position (10-15 hr/per week, 40-60 hr/per month)
Our client is a European-based wholesaler specializing in the distribution of premium medical cannabis products. With offices strategically located across different countries in Europe, including in Frankfurt Germany, they are committed to delivering high-quality, natural treatment solutions that enhance patient well-being and set new standards in the healthcare industry.
The Wholesale Cannabis Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting, visiting, and closing new accounts, as well as organically growing existing accounts across Germany, and the medical cannabis markets within the EU/UK.
They are looking for a highly motivated, and industry-experienced, individual with strong communication and organization skills and an aptitude for understanding cannabis products and value propositions. They are looking for a person that can balance customer needs and business needs, while also servicing existing accounts from order entry through the delivery of product.

MUST be at least 21+ years of age.
MUST have 3-5 years of previous professional experience working in a similar position within the medical cannabis industry
MUST be fully fluent in German, professional-level knowledge of English is strongly preferred.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sales of cannabis products to licensed cannabis wholesalers and pharmacies for the German and other European markets.
- Ensuring that every opportunity is taken to improve the sales performance and positive community image of the company.
- Ensuring client satisfaction constantly with great communication, timely responses, and great customer service.
- Identifying unique ways to target new accounts through cold-calling, references, in person meetings, etc.
- Become a market expert able to provide valuable insights to prospects that will help them make the right buying decisions.
- Utilize social media outlets (Instagram, LinkedIn) to support brand marketing efforts.
- Weekly reporting and tracking for accountability, eventually incorporating the use of CRM systems.
- Develop and implement a sales plan based on established revenue goals and company objectives.
- Drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers.
- Responsible for executing and coordinating product and sales deliveries.
- Monitor competition by gathering and reporting current marketplace intel (pricing, products, new services, market strategies and merchandising techniques) to Management.
- Maintain compliance with all legal or company policies or regulations.
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or other comparable CRM software.
- Ability to use and manage social media outlets for marketing of the company's brand.
- Effective time-management skills, self-motivation and ability to multi-task.
- Exceptional knowledge of cannabis product and trends.
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation, and contract execution, and closing talents.
- Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Employ a sense of urgency in lead qualification and follow-up.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Ability to be flexible with schedule and hours of the day
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years experience in a similar position within the legal cannabis industry.
