Vice President of Production

Location: Marion, Ohio

Full-time, On-site Position (Relocation Offered)

Our client is a U.S.-based multi-state cannabis operator (MSO) with an established and growing footprint in Ohio, operating across cultivation and processing. They are now appointing a Vice President of Production to oversee and align production across multiple sites, based in Marion, Ohio.

This is a multi-site leadership role with oversight across cultivation, extraction, and overall production output. The business has established operations in place. The focus is on strengthening consistency across sites, improving production performance, and building a more scalable, data-driven production function.

This is not a site-level grow role. This is a senior leadership position responsible for aligning teams, standardizing operations, and driving performance across a multi-site platform.

The role requires a leader who is comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on — someone who understands how to balance plant performance, operational discipline, and commercial outcomes within a regulated cannabis environment.

MUST HAVE previous experience in a senior, strategic production leadership role (VP, Head of, or equivalent) within the legal cannabis industry.

MUST HAVE proven experience managing large-scale cannabis cultivation in open-air greenhouse environments.

MUST HAVE experience operating across multiple production sites.

MUST HAVE experience working in climates with significant seasonal variability (“true seasons”).
