We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager and we want you to spearhead our expansion into the US market! If you have a well-established network within the technology industry, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of the IT staffing landscape, this role is for you! 


What You Will Do: 


Business Development: 

  • Identify, cultivate, and nurture new business prospects within the US market. 
  • Harness and leverage an extensive network to drive sales growth and generate leads. 
  • Formulate and execute effective strategies to meet revenue objectives. 

Account Management: 

  • Foster enduring relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering additional opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with clients to grasp their technical staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights into industry trends and best practices. 

Sales Cycle Management: 

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. 
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. 

Market Insight: 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. 
  • Provide market intelligence and contribute to the evolution of innovative service offerings. 

 

What We are Looking For: 


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and account management, preferably in IT staffing. 
  •  Extensive network within the US technology sector. 
  • Proficient understanding of the sales cycle, with a track record of surpassing revenue targets. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. 
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment.
