We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, enhance business processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Business Analyst will assist in evaluating business workflows, developing reporting solutions, and supporting system optimization initiatives. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational visibility and drive informed business decisions.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Learn and document current business processes across sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and finance functions.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements.
• Assist with process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Partner with department leaders to define reporting needs and KPI development.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting platforms.
• Translate business questions into actionable, data-driven insights.
• Learn and support the company’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment.
• Evaluate system usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Assist with system documentation, user training, and enhancement initiatives.
• Support troubleshooting of system and data-related issues.
• Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and reporting standards.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Specifications and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn business systems and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI (academic, internship, or professional).
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
• Understanding of distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory-based businesses.
