What We’re looking For: 

An experienced Senior Project Manager who is responsible for the safe completion of all projects, within budget, on schedule, to the company’s quality standards, and to the customer’s satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager will support the Project Superintendent and other project staff, as well as plan, schedule, identify, and resolve possible “roadblocks” and “pitfalls” in a proactive manner.

Scope of Responsibilities:

·      Overall management of assigned project.

·      Participate with VP of Operations, Field Superintendent and Estimating team during project procurement phases.

·      Assist the VP of Operations with field management with increasing responsibility as training and knowledge increases.

·      Develop project staffing and communication plans.

·      Lead and assist project team in development of project schedules, cost estimates, site logistics and management plan, QC planning and safety planning.

·      Oversee the pay request process, lead onsite OAC meetings.

·      Analyze, monitor, and review project Job Cost Report and review monthly with VP of Operations.

·      Analyze and forecast Project Cost Projection reports.

·      Implement and monitor training of all project staff personnel.

·      Monitor project office labor, and monitor project field labor with Project Superintendent.

·      Review and monitor all self-perform work requirements with Project Superintendent.

·      Assist Estimating in prequalifying subcontractors.

·      Assist Estimating in meeting all disadvantaged, EEO and Affirmative Action program goals.

·      Assist Estimating in bidding and negotiating project buyout.

·      Implement applicable safety, EEO and Affirmative Action programs.

·      Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes.

·      Coordinate Owner training for building systems.

·      Coordinate & Lead warranty walk through and follow-up.

·      Obtaining positive client project references and maintaining client relationships after projects.

 

Key Requirements of the role:

·      Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager

·      Results driven, with strong organizational skills

·      Hardworking attitude!

·      Strong communication skills

·      Excellent time management skills

·      Experience with Microsoft Project

 

Compensation:

·      Competitive salary of up to $130K/year plus bonus potential

·      Rhinotrax pays 50% of monthly medical premium
