Your Role

  • Own the Site – Lead daily operations, ensuring quality, safety, timeline, and budget goals are met.
  • Lead the Team – Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain momentum and cohesion.
  • Raise the Bar – Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with quality and building codes.
  • Champion Safety – Promote a zero-incident culture through daily safety briefings and enforcement.
  • Communicate Clearly – Act as the primary on-site liaison with PMs, clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Stay Organized – Maintain accurate documentation: daily logs, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Solve Issues Early – Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid project delays.

 

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction, managing $250K–$10M projects.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred.
  • Leadership: Skilled at motivating diverse teams and fostering a productive job site.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Physical Readiness: Able to work outdoors in changing conditions and perform hands-on tasks as needed.
