Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Greeneville, TN | Greenville, SC | Stoughton, MA - Hybrid/Field-based (Up to 40% overnight travel)
Compensation: $100k- $130k /year

Position Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth for Bossard North America through a combination of new business development, strategic account management, and customer retention. This role focuses on identifying and securing new customers, expanding existing accounts, and developing long-term partnerships while supporting company sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development activities.
- Grow and retain existing customer accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve established sales targets.
- Promote Bossard North America's products, services, and supply chain solutions to customers and prospects.
- Coordinate customer programs, product launches, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer implementation and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, outside sales, or account management.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or the fastener industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 40%.
