What are we looking for:

 

What we're looking for in the remote recruiter position is a candidate with 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, i.e. sourcing, engaging, screening, interviewing, managing client relationships through account management and client meetings, salary negotiation, onboarding to hire date, and retention follow-up. We're really focusing on candidates that have experience in the following industries: construction, manufacturing, executive positions, engineering, and sales. RPO experience is a plus! The role (and our team) are fully remote, and offers $65-$70k+. Sound like you? We're excited to talk to you!

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Facilitate client and/or position kick-off calls, ensuring strong understanding of the client’s needs
  • Contribute to development of a recruitment strategy for each position, in collaboration with Sourcing Specialist, as applicable
  • Develop candidate pipelines via strategic job postings and passive candidate sourcing, in collaboration with Sourcing Specialist, as applicable
  • Research the client and industry to identify trends, news, and information that will lead to greater results
  • Interview candidates in accordance with TalenTrust interview process
  • Administer candidate assessments
  • Document all critical information in Loxo (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Facilitate candidate interviews with the client, including scheduling and logistics as needed
  • Conduct candidate and client post-interview debriefs to collect feedback and calibrate search strategy ongoing

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience documenting recruitment process within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – We use iCIMS, but we can teach you that; any ATS experience will do!
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Problem Solving – Quickly identify obstacles/challenges, and develop a strategy to overcome them
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual office – Work well independently, flexible hours as needed
