We are seeking a proactive and technically knowledgeable Business Development Manager with datacenter experience to help expand our presence in Arizona’s high-tech and industrial sectors. This onsite, customer-facing role combines strategic account management, relationship building, event engagement, and CRM-driven business development to drive client retention and new revenue growth in the datacenter market.

What You’ll Do:
Drive Revenue & Account Growth
- Own revenue targets for datacenter accounts.
- Partner with Estimating and Project Teams to develop winning proposals.
Build & Manage Pipeline
- Generate, track, and qualify leads through LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships, and events.
- Maintain pipeline visibility through CRM (Zoho preferred; HubSpot or Salesforce ok).
- Ensure seamless handoff from lead to project execution.
Elevate Bunney’s Brand
- Represent Bunney’s at datacenter events, trade shows, and technical meetups.
- Host Lunch & Learns, client appreciation events, and educational sessions.
Forge Strong Partnerships
- Build relationships with datacenter operators, contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Develop co-marketing and referral opportunities to expand market reach.
- Serve as a trusted, professional ambassador for Bunney’s in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 4–7 years in business development, sales, or account management—experience in datacenter construction.
- Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue.
- Strong CRM skills (Zoho preferred; HubSpot or Salesforce ok).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable hosting technical events and client briefings.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience preparing proposals, quotes, or SOWs.
- Knowledge of datacenter construction, maintenance, or high-tech facility operations.
- Background in consultative selling, client success, or negotiation.
- Local travel-ready with a valid driver’s license.
