SRT Group (https://www.srtrl.com/) is a provider of best-in-class communications technologies for mission-critical government applications. We’re hiring a Digital Signal Process Engineer III to join our team. This position will design complex digital signal processing systems.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designs complex Digital Signal Processing systems.
- Prepares complete project design documentation.
- Designs and conducts experiments and analyzes and interprets data.
- Assigns tasks to and directs engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Plans and coordinates detailed aspects of the engineering work.
- Prepares scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments.
- Assists with proposals to obtain funding for engineering projects or programs.
- Possibility of 0% - 25% of travel
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's or Masters of Science Degree (BSEE/MSEE) from four-year college or university or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Advanced Digital Signal Processing Algorithms.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Communications theory.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in programming languages, preferably C or C++.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a security clearance.
