Salary: $34-38/hr. (Nonexempt)

Hours: 4x10 (3:30pm- 2:00am) with potential overtime

Step Into Your Next Opportunity: Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor

As our Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and effectively. You’ll lead a team of talented professionals, apply Lean manufacturing principles, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and performance. Your leadership will help us achieve ambitious production goals while maintaining our uncompromising standards of quality.

What You’ll Do:

Lead with Purpose

• Manage and guide your production team to meet daily targets and quality goals.
• Foster a positive and high-performing work environment with clear communication and accountability.

Grow a Stronger Team

• Recruit, train, and support team members to develop a productive, motivated workforce.
• Deliver ongoing coaching and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Own the Process

• Enforce production schedules and quality standards with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on team performance, identifying opportunities to streamline operations.

Keep It Running Smoothly

• Manage daily administrative responsibilities such as attendance tracking, timecard approvals, and scheduling.
• Promote and uphold safety protocols to ensure a compliant and secure workplace.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous flow, and CQI principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage teams in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and the ability to interpret production schedules and work orders.
• Experience managing personnel matters such as coaching, discipline, and performance reviews.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
