About the Role

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst. This position plays a critical role in optimizing sales performance, increasing productivity, and supporting revenue growth. This position partners closely with Sales leadership to analyze data, manage systems, improve processes, and deliver insights that enable smarter decision-making across the organization.


Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze sales dashboards and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales velocity, and pipeline health
  • Support sales planning initiatives including quota setting, territory alignment, and compensation analysis
  • Manage and optimize CRM and ERP systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adoption
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency
  • Provide training and technical support to sales team members on tools, systems, and processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership and internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Specifications and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university OR
  • 2–4 years of related experience and/or training OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience


Computer/System Skills

  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (D365 preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, SQL preferred)
