Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the NextCycle process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Serve as a Program Integration Team Leader, coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve objectives.
• Oversee operations and risk management processes, ensuring effective program planning and execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve complex problems, applying strategic leadership and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in NextCycle process development and implementation, ideally in a similar role or environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in schedule development, progress reporting, and metrics tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic leadership abilities, with a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage client relationships with professionalism and expertise.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with supply-chain management and life-cycle product launch processes.
• Experience in managing high-profile programs and delivering on-time program launches.
