Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline Integrity Engineering Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of pipeline integrity management, corrosion control, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. As a consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance to clients, ensuring the longevity and safety of their pipeline assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough integrity assessments of pipelines, including risk analysis, corrosion control, and fitness-for-service evaluations.
  • Develop and implement integrity management programs tailored to meet client-specific needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in the evaluation of pipeline anomalies, defects, and potential threats to integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for pipeline maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to pipeline integrity and incorporate best practices into client recommendations.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical reports and presentations to clients, communicating complex engineering concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client understanding of pipeline integrity concepts and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in pipeline integrity management and engineering consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry codes and standards related to pipeline integrity (e.g., API 1160, ASME B31.8, NACE).
  • Familiarity with corrosion control techniques, in-line inspection tools, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or NACE certification is a plus.
