Part-Time Miami Business Manager

Location: Miami, FL

Schedule: Part-Time

Compensation: $40–$50k

Flexible schedule with availability required for key events, account visits, tastings, and evening activations


Our luxury spirits client is seeking a Miami-based Business Manager to help build and accelerate growth in one of the brand's most strategic markets.

Miami represents a significant opportunity for the brand's next phase of growth. We are looking for someone who can identify the right opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and establish the brand within the city's luxury hospitality, nightlife, and cultural landscape.

This is not a traditional spirits sales role. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, culturally connected, and highly relationship-driven—someone who can represent the brand authentically while turning opportunities into measurable business results.

Success is not defined by distribution alone. The real objective is building demand through staff advocacy, menu placements, guest engagement, repeat orders, and sustained sales growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Open and develop high-quality on- and off-premise accounts throughout the Miami market.
  • Build relationships with bartenders, buyers, hotel teams, owners, and distributor partners.
  • Secure menu placements, signature serves, staff trainings, tastings, and account activations.
  • Identify opportunities across luxury hospitality, fine spirits, nightlife, culture, fashion, and premium retail.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and follow through with strong commercial discipline.
  • Track sales performance, account activity, and activation results.
  • Work closely with distributor partners to maintain focus, execution, and market momentum.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events, tastings, dinners, and cultural activations.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with charisma, professionalism, and a genuine appreciation for luxury brands, paired with strong commercial instincts and excellent relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate can create meaningful connections while maintaining a clear business focus. They should be comfortable operating in luxury hospitality environments, networking events, and high-touch consumer experiences while remaining organized, accountable, and results-oriented.


Ideal Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in premium or luxury spirits, hospitality, or luxury consumer brands.
  • Strong relationships within Miami's hospitality, nightlife, and luxury communities.
  • Experience opening and developing strategic accounts.
  • Strong business acumen and sales discipline.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Experience hosting tastings, trainings, events, and brand activations.
  • Cultural fluency across hospitality, fashion, luxury lifestyle, and fine spirits.
  • Professional maturity, reliability, and strong follow-through.
  • Availability to support key brand events, evening activations, and market visits.
