The Experiential Event Senior Producer will be responsible managing and executing brand and corporate event programs across the US for our corporate and lifestyle brand clients. Events include brand launches, influencer events, PR stunts, corporate conferences, trade show booths and mobile tours. This specific role MUST BE BASED IN MIAMI DADE COUNTY (Miami Based). Although this is a work remote role, the majority of the events and work will be done in Miami alongside our full time Miami-based team. You will work independently from your home office but there are many fast turn arounds and a local producer is necessary for this role.

Experiential Agency experience is necessary and experience in wine/spirits, beauty and corporate specifically will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally (internally and externally) to ensure all deliverables and deadlines
• Manage production staff, including assigning individual responsibilities and setting deadlines and deliverables.
• Translate creative ideas into project plans and deliverables
• Manage onsite teams to ensure the seamless installation and execution
• Ability to manage and execute budgets as little as $50k for an event to hundred of thousands per program.
• Ability to travel as we produce projects and events across the country simultaneously
• Experience in Working on multiple projects / clients at the same time
• Experience in managing multiple programs and events at the same time in different phases
• Clearly translate both team and client vision, direction, and needs to 3rd party suppliers
• Must Excel is event budgeting and management of Budgets
• Equally an independent worker as well as a team player

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in experiential live production and event experience AT AN AGENCY or working IN EXPERIENTIAL
• Proficient with Project Management Tools (asana and google drive)
• Manage vendor relationships as well as cultivate new ones
• Ability to bring organized processes
• Reliable transportation
• Proven track record of record developing and managing small and large, suppliers/projects/teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office but also has a good understanding in Social media and other creative platforms (canva)

Our team works from home but will be onsite for events and very local client needs from site visits to meetings so being in Miami is imperative. Relocation is not offered or preferred for this role.
