Position Overview

Our founder is seeking a “right-hand” Connection Coordinator to assist with back-office administrative work. This role will begin on a part-time contract basis with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.

The Connection Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting business development, client engagement, and recruiting operations. This individual will help ensure that important details, follow-ups, and processes are executed seamlessly while supporting BoozeBiz's reputation as a trusted partner within the beverage industry.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with business development support.


Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & CRM Support

·        Maintain and organize client and candidate records within CRM systems.

·        Keep client files, databases, and recruiting systems accurate and up to date.

·        Assist with candidate and client communications as needed.

·        Support recruiting campaigns and outreach initiatives.

·        Help build and maintain BoozeBiz's growing network and connection base.

Business Development Support

·        Identify and research potential business development opportunities.

·        Assist with strategic partnerships and prospective client outreach.

·        Respond to LinkedIn messages received through company accounts.

·        Support soft lead campaigns and follow-up efforts.

·        Assist with cold outreach initiatives to prospective clients and industry contacts.

·        Help move prospective clients through the sales process through coordinated follow-up and communication.

Event & Relationship Management

·        Coordinate event logistics and itineraries.

·        Follow up with contacts made at networking and industry events.

·        Input business cards and networking contacts into CRM systems.

·        Send follow-up emails and connection requests after events.

Administrative & Operational Support

·        Coordinate calendars and appointments.

·        Help ensure projects, campaigns, and client initiatives stay on track.

·        Provide general administrative support to the BoozeBiz team as needed.

Qualifications

·        Must be 21 years of age or older.

·        Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

·        Strong scheduling, coordination, and project management abilities.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Comfortable learning and utilizing new technologies and software platforms.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

·        Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.

·        Experience with CRM systems preferred.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, Zoom, and recruiting platforms, or the ability to quickly learn them.

·        Flexible availability and willingness to support a growing business.

 

Ideal Background

The ideal candidate has some familiarity with the beverage alcohol industry and an understanding of the three-tier system, whether through previous work experience, supplier, distributor, retailer, hospitality, beverage, recruiting, or related industry exposure.

Candidates should also have a general understanding of corporate organizational structures and be comfortable interacting with professionals at all levels, from individual contributors to executive leadership.
