Overview
Lupton Partners is recruiting for the position of Account Executive on behalf of Our Client, a leading organization in the insurance and risk management industry. This role serves as a primary business contact for clients, responsible for delivering innovative account servicing and marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with industry trends and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to develop competitive, high-quality insurance solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on insurance solutions and industry trends.

Marketing & Account Services: Develop and implement innovative marketing and account servicing strategies to secure the most competitive and comprehensive insurance products for clients.

Renewals & New Business Development: Coordinate marketing strategies and carrier selection for both new and renewal business opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication with internal account teams throughout the marketing and servicing process to protect existing business and drive growth.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure all client solutions align with current laws and best practices.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of client service experience in the insurance industry.
- 5+ years of working knowledge in commercial property and casualty coverages and services.
- 3+ years of experience marketing and servicing commercial accounts.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance industry trends, products, and governmental regulations.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organization in handling client accounts.

Travel: Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft for client meetings and industry events, including overnight stays.

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
