Title of Position:Hotel Task Force General Manager


Job Responsibilities: This is a remote position that will travel to different properties within the company portfolio. The Hotel Task Force General Manager position is accountable for the success of the hotel, meeting and exceeding revenue measures and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Hotel Task Force General Manager must supervise all areas of the hotel while maintaining brand standards, and must achieve superior levels of quality for all clients. The Hotel Task Force General Manager must demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude about the company with coworkers, tenants, clients, and the public, and constantly strive for improvements in the work process and results to better meet client expectations. On assigned properties, the General Manager must be the primary coordinator to ensure that our efforts fully meet and exceed contractual property management obligations. The Hotel Task Force General Manager must direct daily activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, sales, marketing, and other operations.

The Hotel Task Force General Manager must also develop operating income/expense budgets and capital budgets, which reflect the owner's objectives for operating the property, cash flow requirements and leasing strategy.

Qualifications:

· The Hotel Task Force General Manager must manage all department heads and ensure the hotel is operating in compliance with all applicable laws

· Strong experience in managing a diverse workforce, including both sales and operations, as well as strong leadership experience with demonstrated results in successfully coaching and leading sales, is required for the Hotel Task ForceGeneral Manager.

· The Hotel Task Force General Manager must be proficient in using hotel property management systems.

· The Hotel Task Force General Manager must have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and demonstrate knowledge in the areas of financial analysis, financial reporting, business administration, legal, human resources, ethical practices, marketing, business development, revenue management, and sales

· High volume experience of 3-5 years as a Hotel Task Force General Manager is a must for this position.
