Front of House Restaurant Manager
We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our service team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day front-of-house operations, staff management, and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the host, server, bar, and support teams during shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle escalated guest recovery when needed
- Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing development of FOH staff
- Manage daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Coordinate shift scheduling based on business volume and labor budgets
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards throughout the restaurant
- Facilitate team huddles and promote strong communication and morale
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure timely and accurate order execution
- Support inventory, bar operations, and vendor deliveries as needed
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of FOH management experience in a full-service or casual dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable managing and motivating a team of 20+ staff
- Knowledge of basic labor cost management and scheduling tools
- Guest-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServeSafe Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
