Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant Manager in our Resort Restaurant, your responsibilities will include;

• Overseeing the bar and restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial success.
• Playing a vital role in hiring, orientation, and performance management, fostering associate engagement and talent retention.
• Developing and implementing the strategic direction of the outlet to facilitate growth while maintaining high food and beverage standards.
• Building strong interdepartmental relationships to promote a positive working environment for associates.
