Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will:
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring positive resident interactions.
- Deliver outstanding communication, both written and verbal.
- Conduct marketing and sales activities, including personalized tours that result in new leases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.
- Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws.
- Stay informed about multi-family housing market trends and data.
- Maintain the property’s interior and exterior areas to ensure a clean and high-quality appearance.
- Assist the Community Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly duties and goals.
- Lead by example, demonstrating our core values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of property management experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with industry software (Appfolio preferred).

- Ability to work independently.
