Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Community Manager, you will:

  • Build brand loyalty by ensuring positive resident interactions.
  • Deliver outstanding communication, both written and verbal.
  • Conduct marketing and sales activities, including personalized tours that result in new leases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.
  • Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws.
  • Stay informed about multi-family housing market trends and data.
  • Maintain the property’s interior and exterior areas to ensure a clean and high-quality appearance.
  • Assist the Community Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly duties and goals.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating our core values in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of property management experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with industry software (Appfolio preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
