Help Deliver a Major Hospital Expansion That Will Serve a Growing Community

Brisbane Based 

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a major project boosting health capacity and services for the local community. Working client-side, you’ll contribute to the delivery across all phases, from design and procurement through to construction and commissioning, with responsibilities tailored to your experience level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support or lead the delivery of hospital expansion works, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout design, procurement, and construction.
• Conduct technical assessments, design reviews, and risk management activities.
• Assist with contract management, budget tracking, and project reporting.
• Engage with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are captured and delivered.
• Monitor progress, manage issues, and escalate risks as needed.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects in health, government, or other complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, procurement, and delivery processes (client-side or consultancy experience preferred).
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project setting.
• Familiarity with public sector or hospital project standards is an advantage.
