Sunshine Coast Based Opportunity 

Are you an experienced Foreman or Site Manager looking to take charge of a small-scale industrial project? We’re seeking a hands-on leader to oversee a $3M industrial development on Sunshine Coast. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage all site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. 
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordinate trades. 
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. 
• Maintain HSE compliance and promote a safety-first culture. 
• Conduct site meetings and progress reporting. 

Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on similar small industrial or commercial projects. 
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and safety regulations. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
• Ability to problem-solve and keep projects on track. 
• Relevant construction qualifications (QBCC License preferred).
