Step into a Senior Delivery Role on a Major Building Project

North Gold Coast Based Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager to join a site-based delivery team on a major building project. This role is suited to a Tier 2 or strong Tier 3 professional ready to step into a senior leadership position. You will play a key role in project delivery, working closely with the Project Manager and site leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with overall project planning, programming, and delivery
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Oversee cost control, procurement, and contract administration
• Coordinate engineering, quality, and construction activities
• Lead and mentor direct reports, including a Project Engineer and Site Engineer
• Ensure project milestones are achieved in line with program requirements

About You:

• Background in building construction (Tier 2 or Tier 3 experience preferred)
• Strong technical and coordination skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors
• Well-organised with strong communication skills
• Site-based experience on mid to large-scale projects
