Brisbane Based Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager or Development professional looking to step into a broader Development Manager role. This is a genuine career-progression opportunity within a well-established and growing Brisbane-based development business. You will work closely with senior leadership across the full development lifecycle, gaining hands-on exposure to feasibility, design, approvals, consultant management, and pre-construction delivery.

The Role

Reporting to the Director / Senior Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects through feasibility, design development, and pre-construction
• Consultant engagement and coordination (architects, engineers, planners, cost consultants)
• Managing development approvals and authority liaison
• Overseeing budgets, programs, and risk management during pre-construction
• Value engineering and cost control
• Assisting with project handover into construction
• Supporting broader development management activities as you grow into the role

About You

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to take the next step.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in property development, pre-construction, or project management
• Exposure to multi-level residential and/or mixed-use developments
• Strong understanding of feasibility, DA processes, and consultant management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset with a desire to develop into a senior Development Manager
