We are currently assisting our client in their search for an experienced and dedicated Structures Foreman to join their team on a mid-rise residential construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the structural construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of the project. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong experience in managing a team, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring compliance with construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of the structural crew.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Oversee the installation of structural elements such as foundations, concrete, steel, and framing.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing site safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and other construction teams.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Report on project status, timelines, and any delays or complications.



Qualifications:

• Years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar role in mid-rise residential construction.
• Proven expertise in structural concrete, steel, and framing.
• In-depth knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
