Gold Coast Based Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of a major residential mid-rise development on the Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected builder with a strong pipeline of landmark projects.

As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations, leading the delivery of a multi-storey residential tower from structure through to finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all site-based activities for a high-rise residential project
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams
• Monitor progress against program milestones and drive timely delivery
• Ensure all works meet safety, QA, and compliance standards
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and the client-side team as required
• Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and direction across the project team

About You

• Proven track record as a Site Manager on high-rise residential or mixed-use projects (ideally 20+ storeys)
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large, complex project teams
• Solid technical knowledge across structure and finishes delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Committed to safety, quality, and delivering to program deadlines
