We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee major industrial and commercial projects across Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

Projects include large-scale industrial facilities, shopping centres, health, and council developments, including complex high-value industrial builds with multi-storey internal structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Drive programme, safety, and quality outcomes
• Conduct site meetings and manage site logistics
• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, and clients

Requirements:

• Proven Site Management experience on commercial or industrial projects
• Strong subcontractor coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to manage large-scale project delivery
• Excellent knowledge of safety and quality processes
