Responsibilities:
● Champion a culture of safety, leading by example and ensuring all stakeholders adhere to best practices.
● Stay updated with local safety regulations, ensuring our operations consistently meet or exceed industry standards.
● Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to minimise risks and maintain a secure workplace.
● Conduct safety training, workshops, and drills to equip our team with the knowledge needed to Effectively manage and investigate incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
● Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to safety activities and incidents.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as an HSE Coordinator or similar role.
High-Rise multi level experience
● Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
● Relevant certifications in health and safety
