Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee large-scale commercial projects from start to finish, driving program, budget, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction team and manage subcontractors
• Drive program, cost, and quality performance on-site
• Enforce safety standards and compliance
• Liaise with the Project Manager and clients to ensure smooth delivery

About You

• Proven experience managing commercial projects in excess of $20M
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Trade or tertiary qualification in Building/Construction Management
• Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines
