Mid-Rise Residential Project

Gold Coast Based Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join a well-established builder delivering a $100M+ mid-rise residential project on the Gold Coast.

This is a key role within a high-performing team, suited to a solid, reliable performer who can confidently manage the commercial aspects of a large-scale project from start through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end contract administration on a major residential project
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Variations, progress claims, and subcontractor negotiations
• Working closely with the Project Manager and site team

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CA / Senior CA on $50M+ projects
• Strong background in residential or commercial construction
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes
