We are in search of a driven and meticulous Site Manager to oversee a construction project for our client’s team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex site operations and ensuring project success from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact projects that align with our clients' expectations and our company's standards.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Oversee all daily site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.  
•  Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure that resources are used efficiently and that the site is well organised.  
• Enforce all safety regulations and protocols. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety standards.  
• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and building codes.  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.  
• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or similar role, with a demonstrated background in managing construction projects.  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.  
• Experience in [relevant industry, e.g., commercial construction, residential development, industrial projects] is highly desirable.
