We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to contribute to the success of commercial construction ventures. Join the vibrant Projects team and be a part of the growing Camps division!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life cycle of projects, from inception to completion.
- Oversee Contracts Administration functions.
- Ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Lead the design process, from performance briefs to construction documents.
- Manage project cost plans and detailed estimates.
- Maintain a consistently professional approach to project management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a construction project manager role.
- Specialisation in delivering commercial projects.
- Ability to manage the entire design process, from performance briefs to construction documents.
- Experience in managing project cost plans, from detailed estimates to project trade budgets.
- Demonstrated track record of completing quality projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional skills in subcontractor management, with a strong understanding of commercial contracts and BCIPA.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive business relationships.
