Brisbane Based Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join the delivery team of a landmark Brisbane development. This role offers hands-on exposure to high-rise structures and is ideal for an engineer looking to step up within a major project environment. As a Site Engineer, you’ll provide technical and site support to the Structures Foreman and Project Engineer. You’ll play a key role in coordinating trades, resolving technical queries, and ensuring structural works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Support structural delivery across concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and post-tensioning packages
• Track progress, cost control, and reporting against program milestones
• Assist in subcontractor coordination and site meetings
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with design
• Enforce QA, safety, and environmental procedures on site

About You

• Degree-qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management
• Previous site-based experience on structural works (internships or junior roles welcomed)
• Strong technical understanding of structural systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to be hands-on and proactive on site
