Brisbane / FIFO Opportunity 

We’re seeking a Site Manager & Site Supervisor to deliver large-scale accommodation projects across regional Queensland, while maintaining a Brisbane base.

This role offers a balanced hybrid structure, with flexibility during the pre-construction phase to work from Brisbane, regional offices, or remotely where suitable. During delivery phases, the role will transition to site-based work, with projects typically requiring short-term regional stints across scheduled hitches rather than extended periods away.

The initial project involves delivery of a 120-person camp, with approximately two months on-site during construction.

The Opportunity:

• Deliver camp-style accommodation projects (100–300+ capacity)
• Initial projects located in regional QLD (Surat Basin)
• Strong pipeline of future work including large-scale developments
• Permanent, long-term opportunity with ongoing projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full site operations and programme delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure safety, quality, and timeline targets are met
• Liaise with stakeholders and project teams
