Our client is a builder developer expanding their operation on the Gold Coast and is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Construction Manager to lead delivery across high rise residential projects. This is a senior leadership role overseeing project teams and ensuring consistent performance across programme safety quality and cost.
Key responsibilities
- Lead construction delivery across multiple high rise residential projects
- Set and drive safety quality and programme standards across sites
- Lead and mentor site managers project managers and foremen
- Oversee construction methodology staging and resourcing plans
- Manage project risk commercial outcomes and client reporting
- Partner with design and commercial teams to resolve issues early
- Drive subcontractor performance procurement strategy and supply chain outcomes
- Build strong client consultant and stakeholder relationships
What we are looking for
- Proven leadership delivering high rise residential construction in Brisbane
- Strong understanding of structure services and finishing coordination
- Track record managing multiple project teams and building high performance culture
- Excellent planning communication and stakeholder management
- Construction qualification and strong WHS leadership
- Ability to set systems and lift consistency across projects
