We are seeking an experienced Foreman for our client to ensure all aspects of the construction processes are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing construction projects with a strong focus on structural integrity, facade development, and external environment enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on structural, facade, and external works.
- Ensure all construction is carried out according to plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce strict safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate project progress to senior management and other stakeholders through detailed reports.
- Resolve any issues that arise, ensuring minimal impact on the project timeline and budget.
- Train and motivate team members, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a construction Foreman, with a strong background in structures, facades, and external projects such as recreational decks and landscaping.
- Excellent understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications in construction management, building, or civil engineering are highly desirable.
