We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large high-rise projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion
● Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
● Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
● Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
● Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams
● Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
● Years of experience in project management, with a focus on large high-rise projects.
● Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
● Exceptional leadership and communication skills
● Proficient in project management tools and software
